General conditions for Casa Margherita's apartments

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• The apartments are available from 3.30 p.m. on the date of arrival (if you apartment is available earlier we'll be more than happy to let you have the keys in the morning)
• On departure we ask you to vacate the apartment before 10 a.m. on the day of departure
• A change to these times is possible by prior arrangement

PAYMENTS

• To guarantee the reservation of an apartment, a deposit of 20% of the final price is required. You can pay it by a bank transfer on the residence bank account
• At the check-in is required to be paid the final balance payment together with a deposit of 150 €
• Cash, bank transfers or bank drafts are accepted
• We don't accept credit cards

CANCELLATION

• Cancellation are accepted only by a written communication
• The deposit is considered as a booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, delay or give up it's not refundable in line with the art. 1385 of Italian Civil Code
• No refunds or discounts are allowed for days not used due to late arrival or early departure

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• TV sat
• wi-fi
• electricity, heating, water consumption
• bed, bath and kitchen linen
• ski and bike storage
• one private parking for each apartment
• final cleaning

THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE

• 1.50€ per person and per night (over 12 years old) to cover Italian holiday duties
• A deposit of 150€ per apartment payable on arrival. This amount will be returnet on the day of departure

SUPPLEMENTS

• Extra change of bed linen 6€ per person, extra change of bath towels 6€ per person
• Daily cleaning 12€/hour
